HSM has managed our building for the past 10+ years and has served us well. While there has been understandable turnover in the direct mangement of our property (while the ownership and leadership has been steady), we've been fortunate to have Rina Castillo as our direct contact for the past 3 years. Rina "keeps the ball" moving on regular maintenamce and most importantly, on our large scale projects. Recently she managed a significant concrete repair and painting project) that was well-coordinated and completed exactly as planned with an excellent vendor. When Mrs. Flemming along with Mr. Arthur Watson became business partners in the 1950’s, her mission was to provide opportunities for her community to own property. Through her commitment, Mrs. Flemming helped many families from various ethnic backgrounds and incomes to become first time homeowners.
