A Message From Our President

It all started in a small office on Fillmore and Haight over 50 years ago. My grandmother, HSM founder Bertha Edwards Flemming, opened Haight Street Mortgage from which she provided loans with easy terms and conditions to residents who deserved consideration but were not able to secure reasonable terms from more conventional lenders.
