Tracy Dearman, President and Chief Executive Officer, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with over ten years’ experience in Real Estate. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to the organization, and is the driving force behind growth and success of HSM. She is an action oriented decision maker with strengths in problem solving, strategic planning and negotiation. Tracy holds an MBA with an emphasis on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University. Tracy is a member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, The California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, a founding member of SF Urban CHC and various volunteer organizations.

kelly dearman

Kelly Dearman, Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing, is an owner of the company along with her sister, Tracy Dearman. Kelly has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, and her JD from UC Hastings School of Law. She received her California’s Brokers license in 2000. Currently, she is the president of the San Francisco Human Services Commission, a board member of the San Francisco/Marin YWCA, and a founding member of SF Urban CHC. Additionally she is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Charles Houston Bar Association, and the California State Bar Association, Wills and Trusts Section.

Kenneth Allen

Prior to joining HSM as a Managing Director – Investments, Ken dedicated 15 years to financing construction loans for real estate developers. Having honed his management skills, Ken was recruited to Enterprise Services as President for 3 years. He now returns to real estate finance with the added advantage of senior management perspective. His value to HSM clients is his commitment to quick and efficient project management, high ethical standards and client service. Aside from his financial management acumen, Ken is a passionate student of eco-friendly construction and landscaping, which he intends to use to client and company benefit.

jerald joseph

Jerald Joseph is Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and comes to HSM from one of the world’s largest and most successful rental car businesses, Enterprise-Rent-A Car. During his fifteen year career at Enterprise-Rent-A Car, Jerald held the positions of Regional Recruiting Manager and Area Rental Manager. Even though his financial statistics, growth curve and profitability are quite impressive, it is his dedication to the entrepreneurial ethic, marketing, and customer service that most distinguishes Jerald. He brings proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, customer service, contracts negotiations, tactical and effective sales and marketing execution to the HSM team. He is a relationship builder with an exceptional track record in developing, growing, and retaining satisfied clients. Jerald holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance. He is one of the founding members of the 94124 Art Gallery, board member of CRG San Francisco, and President of the board of the Bayview Opera House.

joe corwin

Joe Corwin is Vice President- Property Management, and joined the HSM team with 4 years of professional real estate experience here in San Francisco. Following his graduation from Columbia University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies, Joe held a Senior Research Analyst position at Carneghi-Blum & Partners, a boutique commercial real estate appraisal firm in downtown San Francisco. There, he analyzed data to compile research supporting the valuation of over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate assets totaling $5 million square feet and delivered statistical models to analyze market trends and performance assumptions for most classes of commercial and residential real estate – existing and proposed. In addition to his quantitative skill set, Joe has a dedication to personalized customer service.
