In order to log in to the tenant portal:
- Go to www.HSMSF.com

- On the far right of the navigation bar click on Resident Log.

- At the resident login page use your main email address and the password that was emailed to you. Save this information so you can access it later.

- After you have logged in take a minute to go over the information.
- At the top of the welcome page you will see 4 sections:
- My Account
- My Rentals
- Maintenance
- Documents
My Account

This page will have a brief over view of your information, recent conversations and service requests, and the community message. The community message is news that is shared with every association in the HSM family.
- Make sure the contact information is always up to date.
- Check the status of new service requests and create new service requests.
- Have a question? Start a conversation. Open forum to ask questions to your Property Manager.
Maintenance:
You can make Service Requests from the Maintenance Tab of the Tenant Portal, as well as view the status of, edit and delete existing Service Requests.

To create a new Service Request from the Maintenance Tab:
- Click the New Service Request button.

- This action brings you to the Maintenance > New Service Request Page. You must complete all the fields on this form in order to submit the Service Request. To complete the process, click Save, or click Cancel to cancel the request.

- Enter in as much information as possible, as this will assist our maintenance team in filling your request in a timelier manner.
To View the Detail and Status of an open Service Request:
- Choose View Detail from the Action Drop Down next to the applicable Service Request.

- This action brings you to the Service Request Detail Page, with the Service Request onscreen, where you can view the progress of the Service Request. From here, you can either create another new Service Request, or edit or cancel this particular Service Request.

To Cancel an Existing Service Request:
- Click the Cancel Service Request button from the Service Request Detail Screen.

Documents:
Looking for your CC&R’s, can’t find the last notice that was sent to you? Go to the documents tab and you can view all documents that have been sent out to the association (Building Documents) or just sent to you (Lease Documents).

My Rentals:
This section is not functional as yet but we look to get it online soon. From here you will be able to make your HOA payments, check your balance, and access all financial information.
