CHRIS BAILLIO

Mr. Baillio is the Senior VP of development and Management for HSM. He has over six years of experience in real estate development and investment. As the property manager supervisor at HSM he has ensured that operational policies and procedures are in accordance with regulatory requirements and consistently delivered a high standard of customer service. Through his leadership capabilities he has increased the number of properties managed by HSM by over seventy percent. Along with his staff, he oversees the day to day operations of property management including coordinating all of the vendors, meetings with Homeowner's Associations, and ensuring that all of the strategic financial and marketing efforts yield positive results. Prior to coming to California, Mr. Baillio was the chief operating officer and financial analyst for NAI Horizon in Las Vegas, Nevada. While at NAI he developed complex financial models and analyzed financial opportunities. Additionally, he oversaw the budget analysis and revenue forecasting at NAI and budgeted based on their stringent cost controlling practices. Moreover, during his tenure in Las Vegas, Mr. Baillio was in charge of property management and financial analysis for Marnell Properties. In addition to his property management duties, he worked with senior management to identify appropriate solutions and developed strategic investment and operational goals. Lastly, in Las Vegas he was a licensed commercial real estate agent. Through his alliances with other agents, brokers, developers and investors he played a major role in the acquisition and disposition of commercial property. In the late 90s, Mr. Baillio ran a landscape services company in Alaska as well as an investment group. He is proficient in financial analysis and reporting, construction operations management, property management, operations management, leasing and sales. He is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a focus on accounting and finance from Babson College in Massachusetts. RODNEY LENG
Mr. Leng is a rare native of San Francisco, having never left this great diverse city. As a graduate of George Washington High School, he attended City College of San Francisco and transferred to California State San Luis Obispo to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology. He spent ten years at a highly successful Silicon Valley semiconductor company as an engineer. His career path led to real estate investment overseas and residential development back in the Bay Area and for the past few years as a developer and project manager while studying Architecture. Currently working towards a real estate agent license, he is now associated with HSM as an assistant property manager. RAJAN EDWARDS Rajan Edwards is a recent new addition to the HSM team. Mr. Edwards comes to HSM from the Banking and Civil Service Sector. Mr. Edwards was specifically chosen to come to HSM because of his proven track record of being an accessible problem solver, which has helped him, foster strong relationships with customers as well as vendors. He has shown a unique passion for this work and a keen awareness of the concerns of his clients. Rajan has demonstrated the ability to engage clients at all levels of an organization and has a proven success record of working diligently for their common good. He worked as a deputy court clerk for the Superior Court of San Francisco where he performed a number of analytical and critical reasoning tasks. Prior to working for the courts he was the Jr. Vice President of Sales for Bryco Funding, a private mortgage bank in San Francisco. While at Bryco Funding he proved that he has both the drive and the interpersonal skills necessary to excel at this highly demanding job and he was consistently one to the company's top producers. Rajan was also the Director of Sales for the number one telesales call center in California, End Results. Here he proved to be a personable and energetic manager who helped with the revitalization of the company marketing effort. In sum Mr. Edwards results-driven approach to addressing the concerns of his clients as well as his marketing, sales and listening skills make him a prefect fit for the HSM team. MELISSA DURAN
Ms. Duran is the bookkeeper for HSM Management. She is responsible for managing the accounts of over twenty properties. She also provides customer support for homeowners and keeps close contact with the property managers regarding outstanding accounts and account irregularities. As the bookkeeper, she is responsible for the reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, as well as monthly financial reports to the homeowner associations and property owners. Her organization and excellent communication allows her to work effectively and efficiently with a group or independently. Her software related skills include all Microsoft Office Applications and an advanced proficiency in Excel. She is also proficient in Quickbooks Pro, Horizon and ACCPAC. Lastly, Ms. Duran is bilingual in Spanish. Ms. Duran has over four years of experience as a bookkeeper. Prior to joining HSM Management, she was the bookkeeper for Oyster Bed Furniture where she was responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank deposits, maintenance of petty cash, and reconciliation of the bank accounts. Additionally, she prepared 941, 940, DE6 and Worker's Compensation quarterly reports as well as managing the payroll processing. Ms. Duran has also worked at AYOMA, Inc and WDG Ventures, Inc. as their bookkeeper and customer service representative. Her working career began as a sales associate at Macy's. While there, she merchandised inventory, replenished stock and gave customer support exclusively for Steve Madden. Additionally, she worked directly with the coordinator for Steve Madden to assist in merchandising. Ms. Duran is proficient and resourceful in her work ethic. As a direct result of her communication effectiveness many clients have referred HSM Management to their friends and family. Ms. Duran received her Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and is currently enrolled at City College of San Francisco working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
